What services do you offer?
We specialize in exterior cleaning services including house washing, pressure washing, soft washing, paver cleaning & sealing, exterior window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and specialty services like rust removal and graffiti removal.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, St. Augustine, Port Orange, Jacksonville, Ormond Beach, Ponte Vedra, Bunnell, and Palatka. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, feel free to contact us.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Spraytech Power Wash LLC is fully insured for residential and commercial work.
Pressure washing and softwashing
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, as long as we have access to the work areas and a water source, you do not need to be present.
What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high pressure for durable surfaces like concrete, while soft washing uses low pressure and specialized detergents to safely clean siding, roofs, and delicate surfaces.
Is soft washing safe for my home and landscaping?
Yes. Our soft wash process is designed to be safe for your home’s exterior and surrounding vegetation when proper precautions are followed.
Can pressure washing damage my home?
Improper pressure washing can cause damage. That’s why we assess each surface and use the appropriate method to avoid etching, paint damage, or water intrusion.
Paver sealing
Why should I seal my pavers?
Sealing protects pavers from fading, stains, weed growth, and joint erosion while enhancing color and longevity.
How long does paver sealing last?
Typically 2–3 years depending on traffic, sun exposure, and maintenance before it needs to be resealed, which is offered at a discounted rate.
Can pavers be sealed if they’ve never been sealed before?
Absolutely. In fact, first-time sealing is one of the best ways to protect your investment.
Window cleaning and gutter cleaning
Do you clean exterior windows only or interior as well?
We primarily offer exterior window cleaning, with interior cleaning available upon request.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Homes near the coast benefit from quarterly or bi-annual cleanings due to salt and mineral buildup.
What’s included in gutter cleaning?
We remove all debris, flush downspouts, and inspect gutters for proper flow.
Scheduling, pricing, and payments
How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote through our website, call, or text us. Many estimates can be completed remotely using photos or satellite imagery.
Do you offer recurring service discounts?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for recurring services such as quarterly or bi-annual cleanings.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards.
Preparation and safety
Do I need to prepare my home before service?
We ask that all doors and windows are closed and that any items you do not want wet or exposed to cleaning solutions be moved prior to our arrival.
What if it rains during or after my service?
Rain will not affect us during or after service, unless we are sealing your pavers.
Results and guarantees
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We stand behind our work and are committed to your satisfaction. If something doesn’t look right, just let us know. We are very adamant about customer service.
Will all stains come out?
Most organic stains will be removed. Some stains like rust, oil, or deep mineral etching may require specialty treatments and may not be fully removable.
